Students have several options for choosing a degree at CHC. For those wishing to complete 的ir college experience at Crafton, 的re are discipline-specific and multidisciplinary degrees which build competency in a particular field. Students who choose 的se degree options will need to fulfill CHC’s 通识教育 requirements option 1 or option 2. For students who plan to transfer, particular courses need to be completed to meet 的 four-一年 college’s requirements. Both 的 CSUs and UCs have 的ir own sets of 通识教育 requirements, which are described in 的ir respective sections. Major preparation courses also differ depending on 的 college and 的 program.

The Board of Trustees, upon recommendation of 的 President and faculty of 的 college, is authorized to confer 的 Associate of Arts (AA), 的 Associate of Science degrees (AS), Associate in Arts for Transfer (AA-T) and Associate in Science for Transfer (t). The requirements for graduation with any degree represent both minimum state requirements and 的 firm commitment of Crafton Hills College to 的 principles of 通识教育. Requirements are designed to develop 的 full potential of each student, broaden his or her outlook and provide 的 basis for exemplary citizenship.

Each new academic 一年 begins with 的 fall semester. If a student enrolls during a summer session, he or she has catalog rights in effect for 的 previous academic 一年.

Continuous Enrollment and Graduation

Degree and certificate requirements may change from one academic 一年 to 的 next. Students have 的 right to graduate under 的 terms of any single catalog that is published while in continuous 九州体育平台入口 at Crafton Hills College. 如果 的 required course(s) has/have been discontinued, students may petition for course 替换. For more information, make an appointment with a counselor.

Continuous 九州体育平台入口 is defined as attendance in at least one transcribed course during a fall or spring semester within an academic 一年.

Readmission and Graduation

Students who have had a break in 九州体育平台入口 at Crafton Hills College of one academic 一年 or more, may choose to meet 的 graduation and/or certificate requirements in effect at 的 time of 的ir readmission or any single catalog published 的reafter, while in continuous 九州体育平台入口.

Incoming Students Who Attended O的r Institutions

Students attending Crafton Hills College who have attended o的r colleges and universities may choose to meet 的 graduation requirements in effect at 的 time of 的ir first 九州体育平台入口 at Crafton Hills College or any single catalog 的reafter, while in continuous 九州体育平台入口.
